I have spent my entire career as an international educator and education entrepreneur working in the public, non-profit, and private sectors in three countries.

Before co-founding Capstone Vietnam and entering the private sector in 2009, I worked for many years as a leader in the non-profit sector.

Spending 50 years in one profession, education, one needs to love what you are doing! What I like most are the day to day contacts you have with students, colleagues or former students.

“ Education plays an important role in shaping the future‘s child''. It was the answer that I heard when someone asked my boss: “How can you make a commitment to education for more than 20 years?” And I have also followed this ideal from that day on and until now.

With a “best-fit” approach, every study plan is carefully designed through a holistic evaluation of academic performance, financial capacity, career aspirations, and personal ambitions. My goal is not simply to help students secure an offer letter or obtain a visa, but to empower them to embark on a journey where they can truly thrive and belong.

Education is potential for global cooperation. It bridges people to people, nations to nations, and facilitates exchanges of culture, knowledge, mutual understanding, and further fosters love, tolerance, and sharing.

Tu Uyen is a Master's degree holder in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology at the University of Oklahoma. Since 2017, Uyen has been conducting research on various topics related to her field in diverse areas, including agriculture, music, medicine, and everyday human emotional responses, etc.

A proud alumnus of the Foreign Language Specialized School (FLSS) in Hanoi, Hà Tuấn Hùng graduated as valedictorian runner-up with a GPA of 9.6/10. He is currently pursuing his undergraduate degree at Williams College (USA), the #1 liberal arts college in that country. His outstanding academic performance is also reflected in his SAT score of 1580/1600, a remarkable achievement that helped open the doors to elite universities in the U.S.
